We are so very fortunate to live in this great northwest where there's beauty to be had right out your backdoor. We're also very fortunate to have a son who always wants to be moving about and wants US to too!!! Here we are on our second hike, this time Maddy, Cocoa & Ducati joined us! Bet you wish you were with us don't you?

If I was with you, you'd still be back at the start of the trail! I'm a lousy person to have along, but I'm happy to have the hot chocolate and snacks ready when you get back. Have fun!

I'm just impressed Jesse is carrying the dog and not you or Arlin! That looks so fun. We got inspired and went for a hike today nearby on the beach, it was so fun to be out! Thanks for the reminder that it doesn't have to be sunny to enjoy the outdoors!
