I'm in Utah Right Now

I flew in yesterday and drove straight to Roosevelt ~now that's a town~ WOW!!! Me and Sis are getting her all moved in. They live in a nice new place. Last night Sis went running, I tried to keep up with the kids on their bikes ..... Then we played at the park for a while. Tomarrow we will drive to Kaysville and go to the famous 4th of July parade.

It's scarrey when these two get together!!!

I've been wanting these trees gone for a few years now. They hang over the carport, lean, and are dangerously brittle if there's a windstorm. So Neil shows up with a boom truck and he & Arlo just start sawing away!


Me and Maddie set up camp at a safe distance, to watch the show. (& roast a few marshmellows) The dogs wanted to join in the fun as well.


It started getting dark, but they got allot cut. I think the carport came out okay, my little picket fence took a hit in a few places though...............

I got a real job!

It's just part-time, but I got a job!!!! I'm so excited cause I saw it in the paper and thought to myself ~that job's for me~ so I put in my application, got an interview yesterday morning, then yesterday afternoon they called and asked if I wanted it and I said YES! That's gonna hamper my freedom a little but oh well! It's time to grow up and get to work! Oh yeah, my official title will be Deputy Court Clerk for the city of Elma and I officially start July 11th.

Graduation~Gatherings~Families~Friends

Well, it's happened, the baby has graduated! It's kinda like you have to cry to recover properly but you just can't! You know the steps of grief......... I'm retarded.... I just haven't had a good cry yet. I can feel it coming though. Please don't call me that day..... I'll be in the closet!!!!!

Graduation was Great!

First of all Anthon, Jennie, Baylee, Boston, Nin, Luke & Sis all felt it was important to be there and made the effort to do it! I'm so thankful for them being supportive and the expense they went to.



Friday afternoon we went to the beach.

That was so fun ~windy, cold, sandy~ but fun to be there with my kids and grandkids. It was Baylee, Boston & Luke's first time. I think they liked it. On the way home Anthon bought us some crab legs & shrimp, brought it home, & cooked it up for us all to try. It was amazing good.


Next, Jesse was awesome! He was the class speaker and had the BEST solo when the swing choir sang.

Then, We had two wonderful nights of celebrating! Saturday after the event Arlo grilled salmon for us ~yum~ (chicken for our Jen!!) Then Gordon & Sarah came and we ate chocolate pie!!!! and played a fun game of Jen's, Quiddler ...... I've got to find that cause we were havin withdrawals the next day.

Sunday evening we had allot of friends from the community and our ward come over for hot dogs and hamburgers, to celebrate Aly & Jess. It was great to see how many people care and wanted to wish them well.

THIS IS GOING TO BE A CRAZY WEEK

Tues. night is Sr. Night, Wed. is Baccalaureat (sp?) & Anthon, Jennie, Baylee, Boston, Lynsie & Luke arrive! Thurs. is a Sr. party, Fri. is the Sr. Brksfst and grad practice, & Sis is coming!!!! Saturday is graduation and Sunday we're having a barbeque to celebrate!!! Plus Garth is coming home somewhere in there! Nothing but excitement around here..........
